Recognizing biological structures in medical imaging using Deep Learning - based on Artificial Intelligence
a) Curate real datasets for use in machine learning, i.e. prepare the data by sorting and annotating images and making them ready to be analysed by AI.
b) Adapt existing code (mainly Python) from similar projects in order to find a digital fingerprint that correlates with the structure you are trying to delineate.
c) Create your own machine learning model to read in new medical images and automatically contour structures (e.g. the brainstem, or brain tumours).
Ensuring the quality of mammography for every patient using Deep Learning - based on Artificial Intelligence
a) Curate real datasets for use in machine learning, i.e. prepare the data by sorting and annotating images and making them ready to be analysed by AI.
b) Adapt existing code (mainly Python) from similar projects in order to find a digital fingerprint that correlates with hardware settings.
c) Create your own machine learning model to read in new medical images and automatically check if the hardware is working as intended.
